Gamdias Zeus P1 RGB Optical Gaming Mouse Review

Final Thoughts

Price

The Gamdias Zeus P1 Optical Gaming Mouse is one of their flagship models, so it’s not particularly cheap at £76.99, however, that’s still very competitive given the features and performance it delivers and it’s going to give any of the other big name gaming mice on the market a run for its money, that’s for sure.

Overview

I was hoping for great things from this mouse, not only because it’s named after the god of gods Zeus, but also because the last time we reviewed a Gamdias mouse, it did fantastic, meaning this mouse had a lot to live up to. Fortunately for Gamdias, the Zeus P1 RGB does not disappoint in any respect, and it’s easily one of the best mice on the market today.

In terms of features, the P1 is brimming with them and we’ve got all the big hitters for a high-end mouse present and accounted for. Complex RGB lighting modes, fully programmable buttons, a powerful macro engine, multiple profiles, high-quality switches and a flawless high DPI optical sensor, great design and build quality, and so on.

It doesn’t matter what I tested this mouse with, it did a great job, from Photoshop to CS:GO it worked flawlessly. Admittedly, I also spend a freaking huge amount of time playing Stardew Valley with it this week too, and I can safely say that the ergonomics and grips make it very comfortable to use for long gaming sessions.

Overall, it’s a great mouse with a competitive price. I will point out that at almost £80 it’s not cheap, but it’s priced similar to the DeathAdded, RAT8, G900, Naos, Scimitar and a few others, and keeps up with them in terms of features and performance, even beating a few of them in various respects too!

Pros

  • Durable build quality
  • Unique aesthetics
  • Dual layer RGB LED lighting
  • Comprehensive software suite
  • Powerful macro engine
  • Flawless sensor performance
  • Competitive price

Cons

  • None

“If you’re looking for a feature-packed gaming mouse that’s as nimble in competitive eSports as it is for an all-night MMO gaming session, you’ll love what the Gamdias Zeus P1 has to offer. Highly recommended!”
