A Closer Look

The Super Luce kit comes with a stunning black on black design. The jet black PCB looks gorgeous, and is only enhanced further by the slightly glossy but mostly matte black heat spreader design.

Of course, it’s RGB even with the power off, thanks to a whopping great bit GeIL sticker on the side. Personally, I would have toned down their own branding to further let the RGB lighting add some colour, as it could clash with some colour schemes. Of course, if you wanted, you could just take that sticker off. The same is true of the ASUS AURA Sync sticker, it’s meant to be removed, but it didn’t need to be there at all anyway.

As you can see on the specification sticker, we have two 8GB modules. This 16GB kit runs with CL16-18-18-36 timings at 1.35v. Of course, with those big heat spreaders, we can likely push that a little further too.

The large lightbars at the top should look stunning when powered on too. Of course, Andy’s been filming them in 4K, so hold out for the last page of this review to see them in action!
