Gelid Solutions GX-7 CPU Cooler Review

The Gelid GX-7 produced distinctly average stock temperatures. For its price point they are acceptable but they fall well behind the rest of the field, including the Respire T20 which is a similarly priced option.

Overclocking brought the GX-7 right back into contention. For such a budget cooler its performance is very impressive although with a grand total of seven heat pipes you would of expected it to do this well. Both the Respire T40 and Dark Rock 2 cost more than the Gelid GX-7.
