Get Back to School With Roccat Peripherals – You Need Them for “Homework”

Final Thoughts

How Much Does it Cost?

The Roccat Khan AIMO headset is available for just £72.97, while the Roccat Kone AIMO mouse is £67.00. Finally, the Roccat Suora FX keyboard is £106.99. All prices are taken from Amazon UK.

Overview

With little change from £250, it’s not the cheapest setup ever, but it’s far from the most expensive. You certainly get a lot of quality in return for your investment. Of course, that’s how I see it, an investment, not a waste of hard earned money. Good quality peripherals you can both improve and enhance your desktop PC experience. A good workman never blames his tools, as they say. They’ll last longer, they come from trusted and experienced companies, and offer better performance and features than many cheaper products. Perhaps the cheaper ones are right for you, there’s no shame in that, and even Roccat have many more affordable solutions out there too.

Work or Gaming

So you can tell yourself, your family, or your significant other that it’s for work or homework, that’s fine. These are gaming peripherals, there’s no hiding that fact, but at the end of the day, they’re also just great quality devices, that offer practical functions and features that make using your computer easier and more enjoyable. Mechanical keyboards are a joy to type on, albeit which switches are best for you is subjective. An accurate and comfortable mouse is good in any scenario. Furthermore, a good quality and very comfortable headset that works for virtually much any task is never a bad thing. The Khan Kone and Suora tick all the right boxes. When it comes to the end of the day, and you are playing your favourite games, then you’re really letting yourself get the most out of both sides of your time at the computer.

Which Should I Buy?

The Roccat peripherals I used for this are fantastic, I have no doubt about that. For both work and gaming, they fulfil all demands and more. They’re well made, perform great, and they look superb too with their slick designs and RGB options. The software harmony provided by Roccat Swarm really helps define why matching peripherals can ease your workflow too. However, there are many other brands out there with similar ecosystems, and we look forward to exploring them. The price may seem like a hurdle, but take your time, do your research, and once you make the investment in a quality set of peripherals, you’ll never look back.

  1. My god the first review in ages that doesn’t get an editors choice award.

Don’t you think it really stupid and pointless to issue an award to absolutely everything. It makes you reviews absolutely pointless.
