Gigabyte AORUS MASTER 18 Core Ultra 9 275HX RTX 5090 Gaming Laptop Review
A Closer Look
Laptop design hasn’t changed too much in the last couple of decades, but what is impressive is how they’ve managed to cram all that hardware into such a compact package. OK, make no mistake, at 18″ this isn’t a small laptop at all, but considering the hardware within, its form factor is still nothing short of impressive.
Surprisingly, there’s some ventilation on the bottom, but not a huge amount. There’s some mesh in the back, and then just some speaker grills towards the front corners.
One interesting addition, RGB, with two light bars, one at the front and one at the back, giving the laptop some cool underlight effects. Of course, you can turn this off or customise it to suit your taste too.
Around the back, there’s two fat exhausts, which will be one for the GPU and one for the CPU, ensuring everything runs cool when you’re pushing the performance.
The side of the laptop features two intakes, as well as that extra bit of ventilation on the bottom for a little more airflow. Down the side, there’s a headphone jack, a card reader, a Type-C, and two USB-A ports.
while the other side has the rectangular port for the charger, RJ45, HDMI, and two more USB ports.
