Gigabyte Becomes AMD’s Preferred Partner for On-Device AI
Gigabyte has strengthened its position as AMD’s preferred partner to expand the On-Device AI initiative. This collaboration focuses on bringing artificial intelligence capabilities directly into hardware, improving the user experience across next-generation laptops, motherboards, and monitors.
AI-Focused Laptops and Desktop Platforms
The core of this partnership is clearly visible in Gigabyte’s latest laptop lineup. The AORUS MASTER 16 stands out by using the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor, which features AMD’s 3D V-Cache technology to deliver strong performance in gaming and demanding workloads.
On the other hand, the AERO X16 positions itself as a Copilot+ PC thanks to the Ryzen AI 400 processors. Its integrated NPU handles AI tasks locally, without relying on the cloud. To support this approach, Gigabyte introduces GiMATE, an exclusive assistant that simplifies performance and power management through intelligent algorithms.
For desktop PC enthusiasts, Gigabyte X870E X3D motherboards are designed to fully take advantage of Ryzen 9000 processors. A key feature here is X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, which combines hardware and software optimizations to improve the behavior of AMD’s 3D V-Cache, offering better responsiveness and stability in competitive games.
OLED Monitors and a Unified AI Ecosystem
The ecosystem is completed with Gigabyte’s OLED monitors (MO27Q28GR, MO34WQC36, and MO32U24). Certified with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, they ensure smooth synchronization between the GPU and the display, reducing tearing and flickering.
These monitors also include features such as Tactical Switch 2.0, which allows users to change resolution and aspect ratio with a single click, and Aim Stabilizer, which reduces motion blur using intelligent black frame insertion. Both features are designed to give players an edge in fast-paced games.
Overall, the combination of AMD’s technology and Gigabyte’s engineering aims to offer users clear advantages. Both companies are pointing toward a future where performance is driven not only by raw power, but also by smart, personalized optimization.
