Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H Z77 Motherboard Preview

The front of the box looks very simple and quite elegant. It’s branded based exactly where it should be in the value/budget segment and the simple box reflects that. A fair bit of information is available on the box in terms of the features that Gigabyte have invested into this board with a big push on 3D BIOS and the new Ultra Durable 4 Classic protection. It is also worth noting that this board as most of us know is designed for PCIe Gen 3.

The rear of the box delves a little bit further into the Ultra Durable 4 Classic protection by splitting each segment up and giving a brief description on each. There is also a big push for Intel Smart Response technology and the full specifications are also listed in the bottom left corner.

The usual suspects appear when we look at the included accessories. We find a driver utility DVD, user’s manual, multilingual installation guidebook, rear I/O panel and two SATA data cables, one being right-angled for ease of use and better cable management.
