Gigabyte makes 3-in-1 Mobile PC official

The T1132N comes packed with many exciting features including a 2nd generation Intel Core i5 processor, a NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M GPU with 1 GB VRAM, THX TruStudio Pro sound technology, a capacitive multi-touch display, and an innovative docking station that turns the computer into a desktop.

“Gigabyte is dedicated to developing high-quality innovative products with exceptional value,” said Richard Ma, Senior Executive Vice President of Gigabyte. “We designed the 3-in-1 T1132N to provide multiple usage scenarios that fit all the computing needs of consumers. There is no doubt that our solution is the most convenient and practical on the market.”

The T1132N brings exceptional performance in a compact 11.6″ form factor. Equipped with a 2nd generation Intel Core™ i5 processor, the T1132N is capable of zipping through multitasking needs with plenty left over. The excellent NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M GPU with 1 GB VRAM is great for handling graphics intensive applications with ease, displaying multimedia content, and playing mainstream games. NVIDIA Optimus technology also comes built-in which intelligently utilizes the GPU only when needed, which helps extend the battery life for longer lasting use.

Enjoy a fantastic audio experience on the T1132N, which is great for music, movies and games. The notebook features four dual-channel stereo speakers (including 2 subwoofers), which deliver crisp and powerful sound. THX TruStudio Pro audio technology also comes onboard and fine-tunes the audio system to eliminate distortion, enhance volume, and reinforce even the smallest sound details.

There are also many other great features on the notebook, including USB 3.0, which provides data transfer speeds up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0. For productivity, there is a great chic-let style keyboard that provides a comfortable and enjoyable typing experience.

The T1132N features a bright and responsive capacitive multi-touch display that can be rotated 180 degrees to convert into tablet mode. Tablet mode is great to use for staying productive while on the go – like checking email, information collection, and using during hands on demonstrations. It can also be used to enjoy multimedia content, including watching movies, flipping through photos and surfing the internet.

To turn the T1132N into a desktop, simply slot the notebook into the docking station and connect peripheral devices, including a monitor, keyboard and. The notebook can also be docked with the screen facing out so that it can be used as a second touch-screen display. The docking station includes a dockable Super-multi DVD drive that can also be connected to the notebook via USB cable. It also has a full array of ports, including USB 3.0, HDMI, VGA and more, which provide excellent connectivity and expandability options.
