Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI (LGA 1151) Motherboard Review

Memory Performance

AIDA64 Engineer

Aida64 proves that the memory channels are very free-flowing in terms of bandwidth. This allows the DDR4 dual channel memory to offer all of the performance it has to offer. AIDA64 reacts badly to an overclocked CPU in most cases, providing poorer results than at stock.

SiSoft Sandra

Slightly poorer comparable performance here compared to the competition, but at least an overclocked CPU offers benefit to the performance here.

Combined Latency Test

Some of the lowest latency results here and it only gets better with an overclock with the lowest Z170 result recorded so far.
