The three protagonists of GTA 5 have made one final, humorous plea for Rockstar Games to create a DLC that brings them together one last time. Of course, there is little hope of this actually happening, especially with the imminent release of Grand Theft Auto 6, but there’s no harm in trying.
It’s been about 12 years since the release of Grand Theft Auto 5. Two of the main characters, Franklin Clinton and Trevor Philips, have reappeared in Grand Theft Auto Online, while Michael De Santa has only been mentioned.
Comic Con Appearance Sparks Fan Campaign
Earlier this month, the actors who portrayed them — Steven Ogg (Trevor), Ned Luke (Michael), and Shawn Fonteno (Franklin) — appeared together at the Brussels Comic Con. In the video above, at the 12:40 mark, they discuss their desire to reunite in a GTA Online DLC titled The Final Score, a name suggested by Luke. The trio emphasized that Rockstar currently has no plans to bring them back and urged fans to start a campaign for the DLC.
Rockstar Games has yet to clarify the future of GTA Online following the release of GTA 6, set for May 26, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Publisher Take-Two has hinted that GTA Online might continue unaffected, but no official confirmation has been given
