HiBy Digital Unveils Gorgeous New Cyberpunk 2077 Headset and External DAC

After teasing them earlier this year, HiBy has officially revealed the first products stemming from its sub-brand HiBy Digital’s exciting collaboration with Cyberpunk 2077. Ever since CD Projekt RED released the game back in 2020, Night City has had a huge cultural impact on the gaming world, not always for the best reasons, but it’s certainly a memorable gaming experience. Well, not you can carve out your own little piece of it as part of your next gaming setup, with this stunning combination of headset and desktop DAC!
Introducing the PULSE and GRID
This initial lineup features two distinct pieces of hardware: the HiBy Digital PULSE gaming headset and the HiBy Digital GRID external sound card. Both devices are heavily styled with visual cues pulled straight from the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, injecting some of Night City’s most iconic factions and characters into your gaming audio arsenal.
HiBy Digital has designed three unique themed editions for this launch. Each version sports distinct colours, graphics, and textures that draw inspiration from the games art style. On top of these three, the company has also hinted at a mysterious fourth PULSE Limited Edition, though we will have to wait a bit longer for details on that one to surface.
Headset Editions
- V Edition: Inspired by the game’s customisable protagonist, capturing the visual essence of a rising Night City mercenary.
- SAMURAI Edition: Draped in the rebellious visual flair of Johnny Silverhand and his legendary chrome rock band.
- ARASAKA Edition: Featuring the sleek, intimidating corporate aesthetics of the infamous Arasaka Corporation.
A History of High-End Audio
For those unfamiliar with the brand, HiBy brings over ten years of expertise in the audio market. They are well known for engineering a massive array of high-fidelity products, ranging from digital audio players and DACs to desktop equipment and headphone amplifiers. HiBy and its HiBy Digital sub-brand are also no strangers to high-profile crossovers, having previously launched successful collaborations with global IPs like Evangelion and Hatsune Miku.
Where to Buy
While this announcement gives us our first proper look at the product designs, HiBy is keeping its cards close to its chest regarding the technical specifications. Detailed specs, pricing, and a firm release date will be announced at a later date. However, you can keep an eye on the official HiBy store for future updates and availability. However, I suspect they’ll be somewhere between rare and expensive, but we’ll update you as soon as we know more.
