Hollow Knight: Silksong Crowned Game of the Year at the Steam Awards — Here’s Every Winner
Valve has officially announced the winners of the Steam Awards, revealing this year’s standout titles across multiple categories. As always, the highlight of the event was the Game of the Year Award, which went to Hollow Knight: Silksong, confirming its status as one of the most anticipated and celebrated titles in the gaming community.
The VR Game of the Year Award was given to The Midnight Walk, an atmospheric adventure created by MoonHood. Meanwhile, the Labor of Love Award, dedicated to games that continue to receive consistent updates and support over time, went to Baldur’s Gate 3.
The Best Game on Steam Deck Award went to Hades 2, praised for its outstanding performance and playability on Valve’s handheld device. The Better with Friends Award, which honors great multiplayer experiences, was awarded to the social gaming phenomenon PEAK.
For visual artistry, Silent Hill f took home the Best Visual Style Award thanks to its captivating setting and Japanese folklore-inspired art direction. The Most Innovative Gameplay Award was granted to ARC Raiders, recognizing its ability to introduce fresh and original mechanics to the gaming landscape.
Hollow Knight: Silksong also received another recognition — the Best Game You Suck At Award — for its challenging yet rewarding gameplay experience.
