HYTE Y70 Touch Infinite PC Case Review

I’m a big fan of HYTE. They came to market with a broad approach, doing things a bit differently, and it captured the attention of the PC enthusiast market very quickly. The HYTE Y70 represents a bold step forward in PC case design, delivering a dual-chamber ATX mid-tower that doesn’t just house your components; it puts them centre stage. This modern aesthetic case is engineered to provide next-generation gaming experiences, boasting support for massive, quad-slot vertical graphics cards and massive amounts of cooling to handle even the most demanding hardware configurations. But the Y70 is more than just a chassis; it’s a stunning way to showcase your build, with its innovative touch-screen display and dual tempered glass windows. Of course, that hardware doesn’t come cheap, but if you want a truly next-level PC case, then this is where you’re going to find it.

HYTE Y70 Touch Infinite

One of the Y70’s standout features is its stunning, integrated 14.9-inch IPS touchscreen. With a crisp 682 x 2560 (2.5K) resolution and a smooth 60Hz refresh rate, this capacitive display offers a buttery-smooth visual experience and intuitive 10-point multi-touch capability. Powered by HYTE’s Nexus software, the screen unlocks a world of possibilities, from in-depth system monitoring and performance tracking to extensive aesthetic customisation options that allow users to truly personalise their setup.

The feature list is certainly impressive, and while the dual-chamber design with the IPS touchscreen takes an obvious centre stage, there’s plenty more to enjoy here. It’ll handle thick radiators, lots of storage, enormous graphics cards, and an E-ATX motherboard, and has lots of quality of life features to make cable management easier. The panels are tool-free, and there are dust filters throughout, too.
