The Latest Addition to the ProLite Series
Iiyama is introducing the XB3270QS-B1, the latest addition to their ProLite series of monitors. It is a matte-finish 32-inch monitor which uses an IPS (In-plane Switching) panel. IPS technology offers higher contrast, darker blacks and better viewing angles than typical TN or VA technology. In fact, it provides viewing angles of 178°/178°, right/left: 89°/89°, up/down: 89°/89°.
What is the Native Resolution Supported?
The XB3270QS-B1 has a native resolution of 2560 x 1440 (WQHD) with an aspect ratio of 16:9. It features a static contrast of 1200:1 typical, and 300 cd/m² typical brightness.
What Connectivity Options are Available?
There is a DVI, HDMI and a DisplayPort connector available. A headphone jack is also available for the audio pass-through.
What About Other Features?
Other than the typical IPS functionality, the Iiyama ProLite XB3270QS-B1 features a built-in blue-light reducer. A reduction of blue-light from the screen minimizes user fatigue over time.
Speaking of comfort, the monitor’s mount supports height, swivel, tilt adjustment functions. The height can be adjusted by as much as 100mm, while the swivel offers 90°, and 45° left/right support.
Moreover, the OSD on the monitor features several language options. This includes English, German, French, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Czech, Dutch and Polish.
