Intel 10th Gen i5-10600K & i9-10900K Review

Overclocking

Both of these CPUs deploy the latest in boost technologies, so chances are that all most consumers need to do is provide ample cooling to get pretty close to the maximum performance they have to offer. The i9, for example, can boost up to 5.3 GHz (on some cores) when needed, provided there’s sufficient thermal headroom. However, we were also able to lock the i5 10600K at 5 GHz on all cores at 1.34v. However, the Intel Core i9-10900K was able to hit an impressive 5.2 GHz on all cores using 1.335v.
