Intel 14th Gen – Single Channel Vs Dual Channel

Benchmarks: The Riftbreaker

Lastly, in The Riftbreaker, we find the 14600K packing another 17% more performance in the averages and 27% more in the lows when comparing single-channel to dual-channel. The 14700K sees a slightly lesser jump of 14% in the averages and 22% in the lows. The i9 14900K sees the biggest jump here with 25% faster performance in the averages and 26% in the lows. This looks very impressive on an RTX 5090, but as you scale it down, that again could make the game reach a higher state in terms of playability that just was not there before if utilising a lower-end GPU.
