Intel Accidentally Confirms Arc B770 Battlemage GPU on Twitter
Intel Gaming seems to have made a slip-up on Twitter/X, unintentionally hinting at the arrival of a new GPU — the Arc B770, which has not been officially announced yet.
Intel’s Tweet Accidentally Reveals the Arc B770
In response to a user, Intel’s official account said it was “thrilled” that people were “pumped” about their new graphics card, the Arc B770.
The issue is that the Arc B770 GPU has not been formally announced by Intel, making this tweet the most solid leak so far regarding this model. While the post cannot be considered an official confirmation, a direct mention of a non-existent product from Intel’s verified account practically confirms its existence.
The tweet was later deleted (thanks OC3D), suggesting that someone on the social media team made a mistake and revealed information too early.
What We Know About the Arc B770 So Far
The rumored Arc B770 is expected to be the most powerful graphics card in the Battlemage series — the successor to the Alchemist (Arc A) generation. Reports suggest that the B770 will be a high-end GPU significantly more powerful than the Arc B580.
According to internal leaks, the model could feature 32 Xe2 cores and a 300W TDP. This would represent a major performance boost compared to mid-range GPUs of the same generation. The B770 might deliver around 60% more Xe2 cores and a 60% higher TDP than the B580, resulting in much stronger performance within the Battlemage architecture.
Gamers expect Intel to officially announce the Arc B770 at CES 2026, alongside several other new products.
In related news, shipping manifests and driver updates suggest Intel’s Arc B770 GPU could debut in laptops.
