Intel Core Ultra 5 338H Panther Lake Leaks with Arc B370 Xe3 iGPU
The first leak of the Intel Core Ultra 5 338H Panther Lake has appeared on Intel’s official benchmark database.
It’s not uncommon for Geekbench to reveal processors before their official release. That’s exactly what happened recently, as Intel’s benchmark database confirmed the existence of the Intel Core Ultra 5 338H. Contrary to earlier expectations, it will not belong to the X series, which will remain exclusive to full iGPU variants such as the X9 388H and X7 368H.

The listing also confirmed the name of the new generation of integrated graphics from Intel. The company will use the “Arc B-Series” branding for this GPU lineup, even though they are based on Xe3 graphics. While the original plan was to use the Celestial name, Intel decided to switch to Xe3p and Xe3 architectures—an improved version of the Battlemage series.
According to the leak, the new Intel CPU will feature Arc B370 graphics, which has caused some confusion. Although it appears to be an update to the Arc A140T, Intel replaced the “T” with a “B,” adding changes to the naming system that don’t necessarily improve clarity. While not yet confirmed, this GPU is expected to include 10 Xe3 cores, while a potential B390 version may come with 12 Xe3 cores.
In performance results, the Arc B370 scores slightly higher than the Intel Arc 140T—around 4% better. However, there might be some inconsistency in these results, possibly due to this being an early engineering sample, meaning the final performance could differ once the chip is officially released.
