KFA2 introduce a single slot and wireless GTX 460 graphics card

The best thing about graphics cards are the souped-up custom spin-offs, of which these two beauties fall into that category perfectly. First is the KFA2 GeForce GTX 460 Razor, which is very similar to the original but only taking up a single expansion slot.

The card claims to be the first of its kind in Europe and the fact it is only a single-slot card makes it perfect for a multi-GPU SLI configuration as you will be able to fit it in with ease.

Despite being slimmed down, the card runs at NVIDIA’s stock speeds of 675MHz for the GPU, double that for the 336 shaders and an effective 3,600 MHz for the 1GB GDDR5 frame buffer.

That statement might have you stumbling for a bit, however a wireless graphics card allows you to stream video to a receiver. This doesn’t mean that the graphics card can be placed outside of the computer and work wireless like a mouse for instance.

The WHDI model is quite a peculiar-looking stock-clock card, however it is able to wirelessly stream uncompressed 1080p(HD) 60 HZ video to a display up to 100ft away. That last number is staggering! This card takes full advantage of the AMIMON’s Wireless Home Digital Interface and it is HDCP compliant, so you will be able to stream protected Blu-ray content. It is of course bundled with a WHDI receiver ensuring compatibility with any TV that has a HDMI port.

No figures of price or availability as of yet, but we will keep you informed as it happens!
