Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Sells Over Two Million Copies in Less Than Two Weeks

The official Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 social channels have recently updated its sales figure, revealing that the game has now sold over two million copies. This milestone was reached in less than two weeks after the game’s release, a result that appears to far exceed the expectations of both the publisher and the development studio, Warhorse Studios.
A Big Success
If you remember, Warhorse announced a few days ago that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 had already recovered its entire development and marketing costs in just one day. Yes, in just a single day! Now, the game is already generating significant profits. In fact, these profits are expected to be enormous, as the game doubled its sales within a few days.
Embracer Group, in its recent financial report, mentioned that the game’s performance was above expectations and hinted that it was nearing two million copies sold.
Clearly, the game still has a long life ahead of it, considering how the digital market works, the promised ongoing support, and the upcoming official modding tools. The first game in the series continued to sell well even up until the release of the second one.
Availability
For now, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available on PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5. There’s also a possibility it could arrive on other platforms in the future, such as the Nintendo Switch 2.
