Lian Li TU150 Mini-ITX Case Review

Complete System

Installing components in the TU150 couldn’t have been easier. a mini-ITX/DTX case this may be, but it’s hardly pokey when it comes to space. There’s room in here for a sizeable graphics card, and my 1660 Ti only took up about 2/3rd of the space available; let alone there’s room for a wider card too.

I opted for the Noctua 12cm cooler, I think a D15S would have been a little too big. However, you’re hardly limited much here, as there’s room to spare for bigger air coolers. Plus, with that rear fan mount, you could fit your AIO; as I’ve said twice already, I know.

Cables

There’s easy access to the cable routing holes on all sides of the motherboard too.

The PSU mounts up front, with the PSU connectors showing on the window side. Remember, there’s a bit of metal on the back of the glass, so you don’t see this once it’s all in place. Plus, the cable route into the top of the case from here, so they’re quickly hidden out of sight. Overall, it’s a bloody clever design.

Then, as you can see, the PSU power cable hooks into the back here. You just hook up your mains cable to the bridge cable at the rear of the case.

Route your cables through the top and down the back or directly to the motherboard.

Finishing Up

Then with everything in place, simply put the glass back on, and you’re ready to rock. You don’t need me to tell you how god-damn gorgeous this case looks but I will. THIS CASE LOOKS GORGEOUS!

The glass shows off your lovely new build in all its glory. Plus, those sneaky back panels on the glass cover up all the boring stuff.

The glass is very clear too, showing off the interior really well. Now, I’ve got zero RGB in here and I’m happy with that. However, I imagine with a few lights it could really dazzle. However, I chose not to; it would have felt like fitting street racer bias lighting to a Jaguar E-Type.

Do You Even Lift Bro?

If you’re heading to a buddy’s house, LAN gaming event, or the office. Just pop the handle, unhook the cables, and pick it up. The handle holds the heavy case and build with no concerns; it’s exceptionally robust.

Oooof

I mean, come on, who wouldn’t want this on their desk.
