Marvo are the masters of affordable gaming hardware, as we’ve seen time and time again! Despite their crazy low prices, they’ve delivers some surprisingly decent gaming hardware. Sure, some of their designs are a bit old-hat, and they do re-tool some older designs to save money, but honestly, they pass those savings right onto their customers, so I think that’s just fine. The new GH9065 is very affordable, but looking at the design and features, it is actually hard to see why or how.
It’s reasonably well equipped for a gaming headset, offering stereo and virtual 7.1 surround sound. This is coming through a pair of 40mm drivers, albeit I’m not sure why Marvo call them “professional” but hey, that’s marketing departments for you. It also has some RGB lighting built-in, an omnidirectional microphone, and in-line audio controls. Really, that’s everything you need! It’s all plug and play too, as the headset is USB powered, but also has 3.5mm cables that plug into the on-cable controller too to improve device support.
