MINISFORUM are best known for creating mini PCs for both business, home and gaming markets but today they have branched out into keyboards with their new MKB i83 wireless mechanical keyboard.
The MKB i83 is a mechanical keyboard with a compact design and wireless connectivity. It features premium quality with an anodized aluminium body and double-shot PBT keycaps with three colour choices of Champagne, Obsidian Black and Vivid Cerulean. It also features RGB lighting effects with 18 preset lighting patterns.
By default, it comes equipped with Kailh MX Red Switches known for their silent and linear characteristics providing a fast and fluid typing experience. These switches can be swapped out thanks to the hot-swap capabilities of the keyboard allowing for high customization.
Users can connect this keyboard wirelessly through either Bluetooth or 2.4G wireless via a USB receiver as well as wired through a USB-C connection which also acts as the charger for the 3000 mAh battery capable of up to 300 hours of use without the backlight.
