Mountain Makalu 67 Gaming Mouse Review
Packaging & Specifications

The box is really quite understated from the front, with a matte finish that’s bloody hard to photograph.

If you angle it just right, it says “reach your summit” but not the brand or product name, which is interesting.

Of course, all of the details you do need are located on the back and on the side of the box. Here you’ll find information on the specifications and main features, as well as a few nice photos of the mouse its self.

The box has a magnetic latch, so just flip it up, and you can see the mouse is nicely packaged with a LOT of durable foam and strong cardboard. There’s a slot in the top section where you’ll find all the usual documentation.

Under the mouse, you’ll also find a spare set of PTFE pads for the bottom of the mouse.

I pre-ordered one as well since I’m also waiting on their Everest keyboard from Kickstarter. Taking a gamble and going all in with Mountain’s peripherals… Can’t be any worse than my current Logitech gear which keeps having issues.
