MSI Dominate With Flagship Gaming Hardware @ Computex 2025

Computex 2025: The eTeknix team is here at Computex 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan, bringing you coverage of the latest, greatest, and next-generation of PC hardware, components, gaming tech, and much more! While we’re currently on the show floor taking many pictures and having meetings, we will endeavour to update our live gallery throughout the day, which you can check out here!
MSI
MSI has one of the biggest booths here at Computex, so unless we call off most of our meetings, there’s almost no way we could cover absolutely everything, although you may see a lot more products in our live gallery. Of course, there are some standout products that we simply could not ignore.
RTX 5090 SUPRIM TITANIUM EDITION SOC
Kicking things off, we have their latest Nvidia RTX 5090 SUPRIM TITANIUM EDITION SOC graphics card. This is pretty much what you expect: a massively tuned-up and over-engineered RTX 5090 with their titanium, their latest Hyper Frozr cooler, StormForce fans, and a power Vapor Chamber design to cool the GPU and VRAM; it’s a beast, basically.

MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50
While the word AI gets thrown around a lot, it’s not always meaningless, and MSI has used it to create the “World‘s First QD-OLED Monitor with AI Care Sensor”. It offers real-time human detection and a range of auto adjustments to improve its usability in different lighting conditions and usage scenarios. If you walk away from the screen, it automatically turns off, and turns back on when you return, offering a new way to protect your OLED panel for burn-in. The 27” panel also sports an impressive rating of VESA ClearMR as well as VESA DisplayHDR 500; I can’t wait to get this into the office for testing.

MEG MAESTRO 900 Build
The MSI MEG MAESTRO 900 case offers a unique option for high-performance gaming PCs and workstations, supporting dual GPUs, large radiators (up to 420mm), and numerous large fans (up to six 160mm). Its removable motherboard tray allows for an easier assembly, and the angled fan bracket allows for optimised airflow and great aesthetics. Designed for E-ATX motherboards, it’s a chassis that blends functionality with visual appeal, especially when combined with components like the MEG CORELIQUID E13 360 cooler and MAG VISION LITE 12 screen for enhanced monitoring and aesthetics.

ITX Motherboards
While MSI has lots of motherboards, new and old, today they have three new Mini-ITX motherboards. At the top of the lineup, there’s the impressive MPG X870I EDGE TI WIFI, expected to launch in July 2025 with a suggested retail price of $309. This board boasts impressive connectivity, including Wi-Fi 7, Lightning Gen 5 PCIe, and super-fast Lightning USB 40G. Storage options are also plentiful with triple M.2 connectors, and MSI’s Audio Boost 5 promises premium sound. Plus, it looks great too!
Launching a month earlier in June 2025, both the MPG B850I EDGE TI WIFI and the MPG B860I EDGE TI are priced at $269. The B850I variant shares the Wi-Fi 7 and Lightning Gen 5 capabilities of its X870 counterpart but features Lightning USB 20G and dual M.2 connectors, which is more than enough for most users. The B860I model differentiates itself with a robust cooling solution featuring a heavy-plated MOSFET heatsink with a heat-pipe, along with 5G LAN, Wi-Fi 7, dual M.2 connectors, and Thunderbolt 4 for excellent connectivity.

Cyclone Visual
MSI continue to innovate when it comes to graphics cards, but sometimes to innovate, you have to look back to the past, and that’s where this new graphics card comes into play. The Cyclone Visual takes inspiration from some of their early cooler designs, featuring exposed copper and an exposed fan for a sort of modern retro look. And of course the modern side is catered for by the inclusion of an LCD in the middle of the fan, providing extra customisation and the ability to show real-time statistics. As fancy as this card looks it is still an RTX 5070, so we know it’s going to be a fast card that more than meet the demands of most modern gamers.
