The BIOS from MSI is exactly what we expected when we saw it featured the Click BIOS II. The layout is exactly like we’ve seen before with some easy navigation and clear branding. Some of the sections include Eco mode, Standard, OC settings among other key aspects and features.
Within the Mainboard settings section, you’ll find all of the relevant tweaks and options for the motherboard’s main integrated features including graphics and USB.
There is also an Eco section, for those wanting to get some information on the health status of your PC including voltages and enabling/disabling certain control of the CPU.
For us, when entering any BIOS, it’s all about the overclocking functionality and within the OC menu we found all of our old favourites, allowing us to tweak the FSB, CPU ratio, utilising AMD Turbo Core technology and of course also messing with the memory settings.
There are also all of the relevant voltage options and settings for you to tweak, allowing you to get the very best performance from your hardware.
You can also find out more information on your APU, including clock speed, cache sizes and stepping of the processor.
There is also a browser, utilities section and the ability to change boot priority.
