MSI Launches the GeForce RTX 5050 Inspire for Compact SFF PCs
MSI has officially launched the GeForce RTX 5050 Inspire, a graphics card designed specifically for small form factor (SFF) systems. It appears to be one of the smallest RTX 50 GPUs we’ve seen so far.
Designed for Small but Powerful Builds
This dual-slot GPU is positioned as an ideal option for enthusiasts who want to build powerful PCs in limited spaces.
The RTX 5050 Inspire is based on Nvidia’s Ada Lovelace architecture, offering support for technologies such as DLSS 4 and ray tracing. Although it belongs to the entry-level segment of the RTX 50 series, it includes advanced features like dual NVENC encoders with AV1 support, making it attractive for content creators and streamers.
In terms of design, MSI has gone for a clean and simple look. The card features an aluminum heatsink with dual 90 mm fans, optimized to keep temperatures low without generating too much noise. Its total length is only 23.8 centimeters, ensuring compatibility with most SFF cases on the market.
Connectivity and Efficiency
In terms of connectivity, the RTX 5050 Inspire includes three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs and one HDMI 2.1a port, allowing for multi-monitor setups and support for 4K resolutions. Its power consumption is rated at 75 W, eliminating the need for external power connectors and simplifying installation even further.
The RTX 5050 Inspire stands out as an excellent choice for users who want to upgrade their systems without compromising on size. Its arrival marks an important step forward in the evolution of compact GPUs with next-generation capabilities.
