Power supplies are increasingly including the new 16-pin connector compatible with PCIe 5.1. However, some graphics cards have not yet adopted this connector, opting instead for the traditional 8-pin connector, which can be doubled or even tripled.
MSI wants to ensure that you can take full advantage of the 16-pin connector to power any graphics card. To do so, the company is offering a 16-pin to 2×8-pin adapter for free with select models of their power supplies.
Promotion Details
This promotion will be available from June 16 to December 31, 2025. You can redeem your adapter from today until January 28, 2026. To claim it, simply register your power supply on MSI’s platform and provide a valid proof of purchase, including the model’s serial number. The kit will be shipped directly to your address. Additionally, you can receive more than one adapter by registering multiple power supplies, with the promotion available until supplies last.
