The ACK is being tested with the extremely fast Intel Core i9-7900X, so as you might expect, it’s delivering blazing performance here. It’s the second fastest X299 board we’ve tested to date in Cinebench.
Mushing up the overclocks and the score actually dropped from 2337 to 2231. We retested a few times, and haven’t been able to work it out, but all signs point to the BIOS needing an update; not uncommon after a new product launch.
Fantastic scores here in Wprime, with our third fastest time to date.
Again, a slight increase in time while overclocked. It’s still fast, but it should have been faster.
Solid number here in SiSoft, and certainly competitive with other X299 motherboards.
The board sitting cosy in third place again with a respectable 16584.
Overclocking finally delivered the goods here, pushing the score up to 17076 and taking second place on our chart.
64.8FPS is a great score here, and clearly, there’s no bottleneck for the GPU on this motherboard.
Overclocking gave us an extra 0.4 FPS, so there is still some extra bandwidth to be found, which is good.
In Tomb Raider, this motherboard scores extremely well with the i9 CPU.
Overclocking delivered another 2.4FPS, and there’s no sign of bottlenecking on the GPU.
