MSI X370 XPOWER Gaming Titanium Motherboard Review
Networking Performance
Passmark Performance Test 8 – Ethernet
Network performance on this board is fantastic, with the highest UDP speed we’ve recorded so far, and a competitive TCP speed too; not bad for the first AM4 X370 board we’ve tested!
Passmark Performance Test 8 – CPU Work Load
The benefits of having eight CPU cores to deal with your workload are clear, with the X370 never going past 1% load while testing the network controller.
THank you very much for the review. I am trying to choose between the ASRock and the MSI products. I would be interested in a review of the ASRock X370 Fatal1ty Gaming Professional. The memory is clearly an issue. Hopefully it is solved soon.
Just brand alone, the Asrock is superior. At least from my own personal experience.
Must admit I fail to see the point reviewing a motherboard and not having any other X370 motherboards to compare it to.. The power consumption looks really good though, AMD has pretty much knocked it out of the park with this CPU.
Well at least one board has to go first, it’s all we had. We have more Ryzen motherboard reviews now though 🙂
