The next NVIDIA SHIELD Portable games console model will be launching soon, according to documentation from Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance. Both bodies, responsible for setting the standards in their respective areas, have the Android-powered NVIDIA SHIELD P2523 listed.
According to the certification, the P2523 supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi on the A, B, G, N, and AC bands, runs Android Lollipop.
Since the NVIDIA SHIELD P2523 has been certified, its release is surely imminent. Hopefully, NVIDIA will reveal the console’s release date soon.
