The official event is scheduled for May 21, meaning the release would happen two days before the official announcement, which is a bit unusual but still possible.
As for the RTX 5060 Ti, details on its release date and pricing have already been revealed, but the launch of the basic RTX 5060 model is still awaited, with more information expected next month.
The New Entry-Level NVIDIA GPU
This rumored release date would place the NVIDIA RTX 5060 in direct competition with AMD’s RX 9060 XT. The new GPU will be NVIDIA’s entry-level option, with a price similar to the RTX 4060. It is expected to be priced around 299 dollars, the same as the 4060 at launch, but with improved specifications, though still below other models in the series.
Compared to the 4060, the RTX 5060 will have more CUDA cores (3,840 instead of 3,072), faster memory speeds (28 Gbps instead of 17), and a larger bandwidth of 448 Gbps compared to 272. The VRAM will remain at 8 GB.
