NVIDIA Titan V Video Card Benchmarks Leak Out

The NVIDIA Titan V has just been announced yesterday, featuring the latest generation Volta GPU on a consumer graphics card. Understandably, it is quite pricey at $3000, over twice as much as its predecessor. That is because there is no fear of competition from AMD. The Volta GPU itself theoretically presents a significant performance boost over current generation NVIDIA Pascal GPUs. Now, leak benchmarks show that that is very much true. In fact, it blows away even K|NGP|N’s LN2 record while on air.

NVIDIA Titan V Benchmarks

EVGA’s famed resident overclocker Vince “K|NGP|N” Lucido holds the top record for Unigine Superposition with an LN2 overclocked GTX 1080Ti. Now that takes a backseat versus the leaked Titan V score at 9431 vs 8642. What makes this even more impressive is that the 1080Ti benchmark is at 2.5GHz. Meanwhile, the Titan V is at 1.8GHz, and boosts up to 1927MHz. Another entry actually running at 2.0Hz overclocked blows it away even further at 9961 vs 8642.

These benchmarks were leaked on the NVIDIA discord (now reposted via Reddit), and normally a single screenshot is easy enough to fake. However, the multiple screenshots, and benchmarks, plus actual records uploaded on the benchmark servers show its validity. There are also benchmarks of Rise of the Tomb Raider (1440p), Gears of War 4, Ashes of Singularity and Ashes of Singularity DX12 available. There are also overclocked 3Dmark results with +170 GPU + 70 Mem + 107% Power, +150 GPU, Mem +110 + 107Power, and +170 GPU, +120 % Power.
