NVIDIA Unveils G-Sync Pulsar, RTX Remix Logic, and ACE at CES 2026

NVIDIA

Alongside the announcement of DLSS 4.5, NVIDIA unveiled a wide range of new technologies at CES 2026, spanning both hardware and software. These include RTX Remix Logic for advanced modding, new AI applications powered by NVIDIA ACE, the next-generation G-Sync Pulsar displays, and updates to GeForce NOW cloud gaming.

RTX Remix has evolved into a robust platform that allows modders to completely transform classic games. With RTX Remix Logic, NVIDIA introduces a no-code system that reacts dynamically to in-game events. Instead of static graphical changes, this system can detect over 30 different game events and adjust more than 900 visual parameters in real time.

For example, NVIDIA showcased how volumetric lighting, particles, and color effects can dynamically respond to what’s happening in the game, making visuals not just stunning but also informative for gameplay. RTX Remix Logic is expected to launch by the end of the month, giving creators powerful new tools to make games more immersive and interactive.

NVIDIA ACE

On the artificial intelligence front, NVIDIA highlighted major improvements to its ACE (Avatar Cloud Engine) technology. Building on its integration in PUBG Ally, ACE uses three on-device AI models working together to enable a natural-language-controlled teammate that understands commands, plans actions, and reacts to the game environment.

Creative Assembly is taking this concept even further in Total War: Pharaoh, introducing an AI advisor powered by ACE that analyzes the match’s progress and offers tactical suggestions in real time. This system draws from a database of strategies to deliver relevant, character-based advice. The project will enter playtesting in 2026.

G-Sync Pulsar

After years of development, NVIDIA’s G-Sync Pulsar is finally ready to launch. This next evolution of Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology combines variable refresh rates with synchronized backlight strobing. On 27-inch 1440p IPS panels with 360 Hz refresh rates, Pulsar delivers up to four times the motion clarity of traditional monitors — achieving an effective motion clarity beyond 1000 Hz.

Pulsar also introduces G-Sync Ambient Adaptive, which automatically adjusts brightness and color temperature based on room lighting conditions. The first compatible monitors, produced by Acer, AOC, ASUS, and MSI, will hit the market starting January 7, priced from $599.

NVIDIA wrapped up its CES presentation with major news for GeForce NOW. The rollout of new SuperPOD servers, based on the Blackwell architecture, is now complete for Ultimate-tier users in North America, Europe, and Japan. These systems support gameplay at up to 5K resolution and 120 FPS or 1080p at 360 FPS, with a new “cinematic quality” streaming mode.

Additionally, NVIDIA introduced a native Linux client (starting with Ubuntu 24.04) and an official app for Amazon Fire TV, expanding access to its cloud gaming ecosystem even further.
