Interior

With the side panel removed, you can see there’s a load of room on the interior. The bulk of the hardware is matte black, so it contrasts really strongly with the metallic red of the highlights too.

While the all-black model does look fantastic, I can’t help but love the red. It’s just so striking. Of course, that’s not just a red thing for the sake of looks. This is actually the cable routing/passthrough cover. It really helps frame the build I think.

PSU Shroud

The PSU shroud features plenty of airflow, matching the side intakes hole-punch design. There’s a bunch of cut-outs there too, allowing for cable to pass through vertically. If that’s not enough, there are also three SSD mounts built directly onto it; they can be moved/removed too.

There’s more than enough room in here for a massive air cooler, as well as a range of mounts in the front, rear and top for radiators and additional fans. Remember to check the product page for exact compatibility figures.

More Airflow

Seriously though, the stock airflow of this case is pretty kick-ass. There are four AER fans pre-installed. Three in the front provide a massive wall of moving air, while the rear one exhausts. They’re all hooked up to their new Smart Hub (just hiding above the red divider. This is a fan controller, lighting controller, etc. However, it even has a built-in microphone to monitor fan levels and more.

Plus, you’ll find a strip of RGB lighting pre-installed up in the top. Also, while it’s hard to see in pictures, there’s one in the gap behind the red divider too, that’ll give a subtle backlight from there.

Behind the Motherboard

There’s a lot more room behind here than I thought there would be. Plus, with that huge cable routing hole, and a massive PSU shroud, you have extensive room to cram all your excess cables anyway. If you can’t get a clean looking build in here, I’ll be shocked.

For additional storage, you’ll find two more SSD mounts back here, giving us five in total.

Plus there’s a removable HDD cage in the base, giving you two more drive mounts should you need them. This can be taken out if you need the room for cables, pumps, etc.
