NZXT Lift 2 Ergo Lightweight Gaming Mouse Review

The first set of NZXT gaming peripherals launched around two years ago with the NZXT Lift gaming mouse being among the first. Now NZXT is back with a few new and improved models, starting with the new NZXT Life 2 Ergo, a lightweight ergonomic wired gaming mouse. There are two variants, the SYMM for left and right-handed users, or the Ergo, which is designed for right-handed users only but comes with a more natural ergonomic shape as a result, however, both cost the same, so it is simply a case of picking one that best suits your needs.

NZXT Lift 2 Ergo

The NZXT Lift gaming mice were great, but the Lift 2 mice are re-engineered and offer significantly upgraded hardware and performance over the previous generation. They’re lighter than the last generation, they have a new 26,000 DPI PWM3395 sensor, the switches are upgraded to Optical 100m rated units, the polling rate is now up to 8000 Hz, and they’re compatible with Nvidia Reflex. Overall, there isn’t a single aspect of these mice that hasn’t been replaced with something new and improved.

Featherweight Feel

  • Lightweight design enhances manoeuvrability and control at high speeds, plus minimizes hand fatigue
    • Lift 2 Ergo: 60 grams
    • Lift 2 Symm: 58 grams
  • 100% virgin PTFE mouse feet offer ultra-low friction, resulting in silky-smooth gliding and superior movement control.
  • Lightweight, low-drag paracord cable is highly flexible, durable, and tangle-resistant—almost like it’s not even there.

Speed On Point

  • 8,000 Hz polling rate communicates clicks and movements every 0.125 milliseconds for unrivalled responsiveness.
  • Optical switches enable lightning-fast click response times, consistent precision, and a 100-million-click lifetime.
  • 26,000 DPI optical sensor delivers flawless 1:1 tracking performance at any sensitivity and speed.
  • Compatible with NVIDIA Reflex, which measures system latency when paired with NVIDIA G-SYNC displays.

Comfort Takes Shape

  • Lift 2 Symm: The symmetrical form factor fits comfortably in a variety of hand sizes, and is ideal for claw and fingertip grip styles.
  • Lift 2 Ergo: The ergonomic form factor fits comfortably and naturally in the right hand, and is ideal for the popular palm grip style.
  • Textured micro-dots on the sides provide a stable, no-slip grip during fast-paced gameplay.

Form Factors & Pricing

  • Symm: $49.99/£52.99
  • Ergo:  $49.99/£52.99
