PC Graphics Settings for Watch_Dogs 2 Revealed

Watch Dogs 2 is almost here, and with it comes a huge amount of anticipation that it doesn’t suck as bad as the first one. Ubisoft really have a lot to prove this time around and from what we’ve learned so far, they’re doing a pretty decent job with their upcoming game. In terms of graphics, we already know that it’ll support plenty of advanced features, such as Nvidia Gameworks (see video below), and now thanks to DSO, we can also see the actual game settings that will be on offer.

The first thing you’ll notice is that funky Ansi design, which looks awesome and gives it a modern/retro vibe that we love. SO what about the big stuff? Straight away we can see pretty extensive graphics performance options, with adjustable levels for Geometry, Terrain, Details, Vegetation, Textures, Texture Filtering, Shadows, Headlights, Water, Reflections, Screenspace Reflections, Ambient Occlusion and Anti-Aliasing… deep breath! Beyond that, you’ll also find options to tweak the fog on or off, depth of field, motion blur, bloom and temporal filtering. This is pretty awesome overall as it should allow for a wide range of hardware configurations to run the game more easily.

PC gamers will also be happy to hear there is an FoV slider and render scale. Good job on the options Ubisoft, now let’s see if the games plays as good as it looks!
