The Philips Evnia 27M2N6501L may not have the most exciting product name, few monitors do, but this feature rich 27″ gaming monitor is certainly worthy of your attention. It’s designed to bring the premium benefits of QD-OLED technology to a more accessible price point. As part of the Evnia 6000 series, this display targets PC enthusiasts and competitive gamers who require the perfect balance of visual fidelity and high-speed performance. By combining a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 Quantum Dot OLED panel, and ultra-fast refresh rates of 240Hz, it’s going to appeal to anyone who wants to take their gaming to the next level, while also ticking all the right boxes for productivity and content creators.

Features

The Evnia series is known for its high-end aesthetics and features, as it’s the flagship product range for Philips monitors. It sports a three sided Ambiglow technology, which uses an integrated processor to analyses incoming images and project a matching glow onto the wall behind the screen for maximum immersion. This feature is paired with a distinct textured white finish and an ergonomic stand that is common with the Evnia series, offering a full range of adjustments, including height, tilt, swivel, and 90-degree pivot for portrait use. There’s also a full suite of hardware tricky on the monitor, such as SmartImage Game suite, Stark ShadowBoost for improved visibility in dark areas and a Smart Sniper mode to help with aiming. It also supports the Evnia Precision Centre software, allowing users to customise their settings and OSD options directly through Windows.

Connectivity is handled by two HDMI 2.1 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4, enabling the full 240Hz refresh rate at 1440p for PC and native 120Hz modes for consoles.
