Resident Evil Requiem May Get a DLC Featuring Alyssa Ashcroft

Resident Evil Requiem could receive a story DLC starring Alyssa Ashcroft. For now, this is only a rumor, but it comes from Dusk Golem, a well-known leaker who has often proven reliable when it comes to Japanese survival horror games.

Dusk Golem said he has heard some talk about a Resident Evil Requiem DLC focused on Alyssa, but he still needs to confirm the details. He shared this while replying to fans who were asking when story leaks might start appearing, mainly to avoid spoilers.

According to the leaker, Resident Evil game leaks usually show up two or three weeks before release, when early copies start circulating. He pointed out that Resident Evil 3 appeared online 17 days before launch, Village 14 days before, and Resident Evil 4 about 15 days before release. Because of this, he expects a similar timeline for Requiem and said he will warn players once copies are out, so they can avoid unwanted spoilers.

A Possible DLC and Leak Timing

As the release of Resident Evil Requiem gets closer, the idea of a DLC tied to Alyssa Ashcroft seems realistic. Capcom often supports its main games with additional story content, and this would follow the company’s usual approach.

Dusk Golem also stressed that he will clearly signal when leaks start appearing, giving fans the chance to go into spoiler blackout mode if they want to enjoy the game fresh.

Alyssa Ashcroft is a character many fans would like to see again. She was one of the main characters in Resident Evil Outbreak, portrayed as a smart and brave journalist determined to uncover the truth behind the Raccoon City disaster.

Bringing Alyssa back in a DLC would give Capcom a chance to explore unresolved story threads and give more depth to the Resident Evil universe. While nothing is confirmed yet, the idea fits well with both the character’s background and Capcom’s history with post-launch content.
