Residential Evil 6 is set to launch on March the 22nd via Steam.

Capcom’s Resident Evil 6 is planned to be released on Friday the 22nd of March 2013.
In the USA, it is set for a download-only release whereas in Europe you can either download it or buy a physical copy. The game is available via Steam so it uses functions that Steam supports such as cloud saving, achievements, friends support, overlay, leaderboards and also as a recent add-on it lets gamers put their own walkthrough.
The minimum and recommended specs for the game are as follows:
