We’re very accustomed to seeing power supplies provide far more power than it rated on the packaging. The degree of wiggle room, however, and ensuring the protections work is clearly a key factor. In this regard, the Riotoro Enigma’s power protection systems worked perfectly. More so though, it was able to achieve 1231 watts of output before this kicked in.
Given that this is nearly 400 watts over the rates amount, this is very impressive. As such, if you did, on occasion, have to push this towards the 1000 watt mark, this power supply should be able to handle the extra load without any difficulty at all.
