Roccat Leadr Wireless Gaming Mouse Review

Leadr Wireless

Roccat make some of the best gaming mice on the market today. I myself am a huge fan of their Tyon gaming mouse, with its crazy many-button design and fantastic sensor. It’s also one of the few “larger” mice on the market that fit my hand. Now, the Leadr wireless takes that same design and makes the cable more optional. Why they’ve called it the Leadr and not the Tyon Wireless, I don’t know, but that’s what it is… As you’ll see in a few minutes.

Equipped with their flagship 12000 DPI Optical sensor, 1000 Hz polling, ultra-low wireless latency thanks to the custom dock. Furthermore, you get X-Celerator analogue control, extensive macro buttons and functions, and a fist full of RGB.

What Roccat Had to Say

“The Leadr gives you the freedom of wireless with the performance of wired. It rocks a combo of pioneering wireless technology and an optimized Owl-Eye optical sensor, meaning gaming with a wireless mouse is no longer a handicap. Zero lag and with virtually zero latency, it features a docking station with a top-cup cable for use as a wired mouse, plus an innovative suite of buttons for enhanced control. The Leadr is the wired mouse with no wires, making it wireless royalty.” – Roccat
