RTX 5090 Stock Will be “Stupidly High Soon” Suggests Leak

If you have read any of our other articles about the extremely finite supply of the 5090, then you will know that you could have been waiting up to 16 weeks to get hold of one if you missed the initial rush upon launch. However, there is still hope, with a new leak suggesting that the supply of the 5090s will be absurdly high soon.

The Leak

The leak comes from a popular and regular tech leak source, MEGAsizeGPU, via a post on Twitter. The leak claims that the supply will be “stupidly high” and that scalpers will “cry so hard”, which is welcome news.

In a reply to the tweet asking when we can expect this new supply of cards to arrive, he said that we can expect them in about a month or so.

Although Nvidia has not made an official statement about the supply of the 5090, we can only hope that this leak contains some truth and that people might actually be able to get their hands on the coveted 5090s, and not just the scalpers.

While prices are high and more 5090s are on their way, now may be a good chance to sell off your old 4090s, as they are no longer being produced and are soaring in value.

Where to Buy

Unfortunately, all these cards are sold out right now, scalped, or being pushed above MSRP. However, you can pre-order them on Scan.co.uk, but when you’ll get one, or for how much, is changing every day.

5090 Alternatives

Of course, the RTX 5090 isn’t cheap, and certainly isn’t for everyone, but with the RTX 5070 Ti right around the corner (we may be testing one right now, shhh), there are more affordable options on the way, that will most likely have much higher production runs and stock availability.
