Sapphire Announces RX 9070 NITRO+ Crimson Desert Edition Graphics Card
Sapphire has raised the bar once again with the announcement of the RX 9070 NITRO+ Crimson Desert Edition, a special graphics card created in collaboration with the upcoming RPG Crimson Desert. This limited edition model is not only aimed at delivering high-end performance based on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture, but also at collectors looking for a unique design.
The card moves away from the usual NITRO+ color scheme and instead adopts a visual style inspired by the landscapes and symbols of Crimson Desert, a highly anticipated game.
A Special Edition Inspired By Crimson Desert
At the moment, no official images of the RX 9070 NITRO+ Crimson Desert Edition have been released. However, Sapphire has already used artwork from the game in past NITRO+ promotions, so official visuals and a launch date are likely to arrive soon.
This edition is clearly designed to stand out, combining gaming culture with hardware design in a way that appeals to both performance-focused users and collectors.
The RX 9070 NITRO+ is based on AMD’s Navi 48 GPU and comes with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, making it well suited for 1440p and 4K gaming. As expected from the NITRO+ lineup, the card features factory-overclocked speeds, with boost clocks reaching up to 2700 MHz.
Cooling is handled by Sapphire’s Tri-X system, which uses dual ball-bearing fans and AeroCurve blades to improve airflow while keeping noise low. One of the most notable additions is the Phantom Link (GC-HPWR) power connector, designed to hide power cables and give the PC build a cleaner look.
With support for PCIe 5.0, ray tracing, and AMD’s latest AI technologies, the Sapphire RX 9070 NITRO+ Crimson Desert Edition is positioned as both a powerful graphics card and a true collector’s item.
The game Crimson Desert is scheduled to launch on March 19.
