Now we move onto the fun stuff, gaming! AMD cards love our DX12 testing here, and while the Nitro+ didn’t take the top spot at 1080P, it’s only 1.4 FPS away from the top, and only 1.1 FPS from the score of the GTX 1080 Ti! The 1080 Ti pulled ahead a lot at higher resolutions, however, looks closer and you’ll notice the VEGA 64 absolutely thrashed the GTX 1080 cards, impressive!
Another DX12 benchmark gives the VEGA 64 another good run, scoring just behind the GTX 1080 once again. What’s interesting is that this card pulled way ahead of the ASUS Vega 64. Unfortunately, this is an Nvidia loving game, so even in DX12, it can’t topped the green team.
