Sapphire have managed to shake things up with their BIOS by utilising a full UEFI graphical BIOS for us with mouse support. It’s branded as QBIOS and certainly is a big improvement from what we’ve seen before. When we first get into the BIOS, we find we’re on the “Main” screen which shows us information on the BIOS and total memory.
The next menu along displays advanced settings for the CPU, SATA and USB settings as well as including a HW Monitor to keep a check on your systems temperatures and voltages.
Other than this, the rest of the BIOS looks pretty self explanatory, though one section we’re keen to check out is the Performance tab which reveals settings and options to tweak the performance of the board including overclocking, setting up memory and adjusting voltages.
