Power-strips are common household appliances, in use wherever you need more AC sockets than your wall provides, and comes with various shapes but have you imagined of a USB strip?
Satechi are the first to come up with a power strip designed 12 port USB Hub.
The UH-12P is a self-powered USB 2.0 hub, which takes in one upstream USB 2.0 connection, and gives out 12 downstream USB 2.0 ports (11 on the top of the strip, illuminated, and one on the end). The 12 ports are split into two sets, and power can be gated to each set using two switches. Measuring 20.3 x 3.1 x 2.5 cm (WxDxH), with a 1 meter long upstream USB cable, the UH-12P uses a small AC adapter to power the ports. It is priced at US $29.99.
