Packaging
The packaging as a whole is very slim and uses few materials. The front brands a gold and brown design with all of the relevant information on display. The size of the drive is clearly shown in the top left hand corner, whilst Sharkoon’s own logo is over on the right. The product name is printed in the middle, just above the flash drive itself and we are told several times that it uses a USB 3.0 interface. Also down the bottom, you will notice the typical 130MB/s read and write speeds which is what we’d expect to see from the like of an SSD.
The back of the packaging gives a bit more information into the main features. As Sharkoon are considered a global brand, they do list these features in 8 languages including English. We’re told the this flash drive has extreme performance, uses the USB 3.0 interface, whilst remaining backwards compliant, that it has a data transfer rates of 130MB/s and that the item itself is lightweight.
Once you’ve successfully taken the packaging apart, the USB flash drive will still be in a plastic style casing to help protect the drive when being transported in its packaging.
