Shift Up Is Hiring for a New Game in the Stellar Blade Series
Stellar Blade is a much-loved game, and after its release, fans have continued to enjoy it thanks to free updates and paid expansions. However, players are now eager for a new title in the series — and it seems that Shift Up is ready to deliver.
The Korean developer is currently hiring for a new project dedicated to Stellar Blade.
What We Know About the New Stellar Blade
According to the company’s official recruitment page, Shift Up has posted several job listings for various roles, all grouped under the Stellar Blade project. The project stands out at the top of their listings and is sure to attract many fans of action games.
The development team is looking for writers, artists, programmers, and designers, covering nearly every area of game production. Clearly, this is still an early-stage project, meaning its release is likely far off.
Previously, Shift Up mentioned that it aims for a 2027 release window, though the studio has not made any firm promises yet.
Unfortunately, the job postings don’t reveal many details about the new game, but they do confirm that development is moving forward. Considering the success of the first title, it’s safe to assume there’s little risk of cancellation during production.
In other news, an investigation by PC Gamer revealed that over 40% of the mods released for the PC version of Stellar Blade contain erotic or pornographic content.
