The PT13 is available from Overclockers.co.uk for a very affordable £39.38 and while that may not sound like great value given the tiny size of the chassis, the overall build quality and aluminium finish go a long way to justifying the cost.
Overview
I can’t remember the last time I reviewed a Silverstone case that wasn’t very well engineered, oh that’s right, I never have! Just like every other Silverstone product I’ve ever laid my hands on, the PT-13 is very well made. It’s steel base gives it plenty of strength and the aluminium top panel mean that it’ll look just as good in an office environment as it would next to a high-end 4KTV in your living room or home cinema.
The small form factor has a lot of uses and with cloud applications, in-home game streaming via Steam, remote desktops, office systems and more, all of which are ideal applications for the PT13 from Silverstone.
The price is competitive, the aesthetics are neat and tidy and it’s super easy to work with, there isn’t really much else you could ask for from a chassis like this and once again Silverstone prove they’re king of the compact PC chassis market.
“If you’re in need of a compact and stylish solution, the Silverstone PT13 is easily one of the best around at a price point that shouldn’t hurt your budget.”
